It’s definitely summer and that sun is beating down with super strength. I had to move a couple of the big outdoor pots on my patio to some shadier areas because they were getting too much blinding sun. If only I had some little plant-size shade umbrellas…

I shot this photo right outside of the office in Colonia Condesa, Mexico City where I was working for a few months in 2007. One day, with the sun, came the Corona umbrella. The owner of the bar next door was apparently concerned about his little tree.
