Do I need to be located in the US?
How do you take the first image?
No! You can be anywhere in the world. In fact, I seek stories from all corners of the planet and from people of all walks of life. The higher the diversity, the more we can all come together and learn from one another.
The first image is taken through our FaceTime video call immediately after our discussion and in the same call because the story and feelings are fresh, vivid and real.
What if I don't have enough time?
How does the process begin?
While it is best to get through the story entire discussion and image in one session, sometimes things don't work that way and sessions need to be split up. That's ok! You can still participate. In fact, sometimes the story becomes so complex that it needs to take multiple sessions to unpack. Everyone is unique and a story can't be rushed if it needs time to fully reveal itself.
We first set a date and time for a video call and then we talk. You don't need to have everything figured out because I will ask questions and we will explore your story. Please set aside about 2 hours for this call (to include discussion and concept photo) although it could be shorter or longer as everyone's story is different.
